Hi, my name is Tahlia Vermeer, I am 27 years old and I have been working in the childcare industry for going on 9 years now. I began my journey straight after high school and quickly gained my Certificate 3 and Diploma whilst working in a long day care facility. I had been in the same centre for my entire career, however recently, I have wanted to venture out on my own to see where this career can take me. I also really love the idea of having a more one on one relationship with the children and gaining an immense sense of trust and belonging in a more homely environment.
